The honest answers — including the ones we'd rather you didn't ask.
Is this legal?
We only sell seats on plans that explicitly allow group/family/team sharing. We don't traffic in stolen credentials or violate any provider's terms. If a provider changes its rules, we remove the affected service from the catalog.
How fast is delivery?
Most services deliver within 5 minutes after payment. Some require us to send a manual invite — those typically arrive within an hour. The exact delivery time is shown on each service page.
What happens if my access stops working?
Open a ticket from your dashboard. Our system marks the slot broken and our worker tries to assign you a fresh seat on a different healthy master account automatically. If we can't replace within the warranty window, we refund the unused time.
Can other people see what I'm watching / using?
Where the service supports per-seat profiles (Netflix, Spotify), absolutely not — your activity stays on your profile. For services where the entire master account is shared, profile separation is provider-controlled; we recommend treating those seats as you would a shared library card.
Where is my password stored?
Master-account credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We use a key that lives only in our admin/worker process — it never sits on the web tier. We log nothing that could leak credentials.
Can I cancel?
Subscriptions are paid in advance for a fixed window. We don't auto-renew — you decide whether to buy another seat at the end. Refunds are handled per the refund policy: if access is broken and we can't restore it, we refund the unused portion.
Do I need to share my real email?
Yes. For invite-based services, the invite goes to the email you sign up with. We never sell or share that address.
